Relationship beteen Art and public

This work was set up beside sidewalk in the city. Our town has an idea to creat new image in thema of "music". I think it is a good example we can see fine art in the town. It will be very original in local town like Tottori. One is Terumasa Hino who is the most famous trumpetor in Japan. And another is Tetsuro Kawashima who is the excellent sax player.
